Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Spartanburg, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a home health position with SRHS - Spartanburg Regional Post-Acute Services. This is a full-time role working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, for a 91-day assignment beginning May 4, 2026.

Position Details:

• Weekly pay: $1,670.40
• 5x8 day shift schedule with guaranteed hours
• Daily census of 6 patients with 6 visits per day
• 16 hours of orientation provided

Your Responsibilities:

You will provide rehabilitation services to adults and geriatric patients in a home health setting. Your caseload will include patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, renal, and geriatric diagnoses. You will assist with mobility aids, prosthetics, and post-operative care as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (home health experience preferred)
• Valid South Carolina PTA license (must be obtained prior to start date if currently pending)
• Current BLS certification
• Completion of all compliance documents 5 business days prior to start date
• Lab work completed within 24 hours after signing contract

Attendance Expectations:

This position maintains a strict attendance policy. More than two missed shifts during the 13-week contract period may result in contract cancellation. All requested time off must be submitted with your initial application.
