ED RN Job in Hartford, CT

Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week on a day schedule, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Shift Details: 12.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week guaranteed, with every other weekend rotation required
• Primary Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care to emergency department patients and inpatient hold patients, manage patient ratios based on acuity levels, and respond to the dynamic needs of an active emergency department
• Patient Care Focus: Handle inpatient hold RN ratios, provide emergency department nursing care, and adjust care delivery based on patient acuity
• Work Environment: You'll function within a busy emergency department setting where flexibility and strong assessment skills are essential

Compensation & Duration: Weekly pay of $2,342.34 for a 91-day assignment beginning May 10, 2026.

Requirements: Current RN licensure required. Experience in emergency department nursing or inpatient acute care is valued.
