Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Full-time schedule with flexibility for the right candidate (4x10s available)
• See 10-15 visits per day with caseload of 25-30 cases per week
• Treat adults and adolescents in outpatient setting
• Must have 1+ years of physical therapy experience
• Business casual dress code (khakis and polos acceptable)
• Use NextGen electronic health record system
• Perform case management and screening/building caseload responsibilities
• Conduct fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments
• Treat orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, total joint replacements, and various musculoskeletal disorders
• Handle post-operative care and non-surgical interventions
• Work with conditions such as osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, and postural dysfunction
• Position managed through ShiftWise Flex system for compliance, billing, and assignment management
