Physical Therapist Job in Buckeye, AZ

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting at Arizona Clinics in Buckeye, Arizona. This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. You will see 10–15 visits daily and manage a caseload of 25–30 cases per week, treating adults and adolescents with a range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.

Your Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, and total joint replacements
• Provide post-operative care and non-surgical interventions
• Address conditions such as osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, and postural dysfunction
• Conduct fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments
• Perform case management and caseload screening and building
• Use the NextGen electronic health record system for documentation and management

Position Details

You will work in a business casual environment (khakis and polos acceptable). This assignment runs for 91 days, beginning June 8, 2026. The position is managed through the ShiftWise Flex system for compliance, billing, and assignment management. A flexible schedule option of 4×10 hours per day is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

You must hold a degree in Therapy and have at least 1 year of physical therapy experience. Your clinical expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and your ability to manage a diverse patient population will be essential to this role.

Compensation

You will receive weekly pay of $2,452.80.
