Telemetry RN Job in Atlanta, GA

You'll join Grady Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse on a 32-bed Telemetry unit serving adult and older adult patients. This is a 54-week travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, with 3x12-hour night shifts at $1,764.44 weekly.

Your Role

You'll provide direct patient care with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing trauma patients on heparin drips and administering acute medications as ordered. Your responsibilities include skilled nursing interventions, patient monitoring, and coordination with the care team using the EPIC EMR system.

What You'll Need

• Active RN license
• Documented medical/telemetry experience
• Completed skills checklist
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Comfort with telemetry monitoring and specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) training is a plus.

What to Expect

You'll work on a unit focused on adult and older adult care with established protocols for patient safety and care standards. The facility operates without an RTO (Refuse to Operate) policy. You'll need to provide demographic information including a badge-appropriate photo as part of the onboarding process.
