Respiratory Therapist Job in Littleton, NH

Littleton Regional Healthcare is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a temporary assignment on the night shift. This is a 91-day position starting November 16, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights with every 3rd weekend included
• Weekly pay: $2,384.64
• On-call requirement: 3 shifts of call plus every 3rd weekend
• Must be available for minimum two holiday blocks if scheduled (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current RRT experience (CRTs not considered)
• New Hampshire state license
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and NBRC
• NRP certification highly preferred
• Own vehicle required
• Previous travel healthcare experience highly preferred

Equipment Experience

You will work with ventilators (Draeger, Hamilton T1), HFNC devices (FP Classic, Airvo 3), and Philips V60 BPAP/CPAP units. Basic knowledge of ResMed AirSense/AirCurve home units is preferred.

Time Off and Scheduling

• All requested time off must be noted and verified at submission
• Maximum 3 days of RTO will be accepted
• No block scheduling or schedule accommodations available
• RTO requests after upload will not be approved
