Radiation Therapist Job in Florence, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment at MUSC Health - Florence, starting June 15, 2026. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with 5x8 hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Role Overview

You will manage a daily caseload of 25–40 patients in Radiology and Cardiology settings. You'll operate linear accelerators, perform CT simulations, and use advanced equipment including Aria and Vision RT systems. Charting occurs in both paper and digital formats using Aria and Align RT.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday–Friday, 5x8 hour shifts (may shift earlier within normal business hours)
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating required
• Weekend work required only under specific conditions such as inclement weather
• Facility may call off approximately 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Block schedule accommodation possible with prior approval

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience (2+ years preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT(T) certification
• SCRQSA certification
• CT and SIM experience preferred
• Ability to operate linear accelerators
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must be willing to relocate (local candidates within 60 miles not accepted)

Additional Information

A radiation badge will be provided by the agency. Dress code requires black pants with a teal top or all black. From June through November, you may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,592.
