<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - OT Rehab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work full-time Monday through Friday schedule<br>• Minimal weekend requirement of one weekend day per month<br>• Holiday rotation includes one major and one minor holiday per year<br>• Handle diverse caseload including neurological, behavioral health, orthopedic, post-surgical, and critical care patients<br>• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven occupational therapy services<br>• Provide personalized, one-on-one patient care<br>• Document care accurately using web-based EMR system<br>• Educate patients and families on treatment plans<br>• Meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards<br>• Degree from CAOTE accredited school required<br>• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland<br>• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required<br>• Proficiency with EMR systems required<br>• Strong communication, time management, and flexibility skills needed<br>• New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome<br>• Work in supportive, fast-paced team environment with autonomy and flexibility</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides a wide range of therapeutic services with a focus on patient-centered care.
