Opportunity:

RN - Orthopedics

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:5 on both day and night shifts (estimated ratios not guaranteed)
• Work on Orthopedic/Spine unit with 345 beds
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, Chemo Certification
• Perform and assist with joint replacements and fracture repairs
• Care for patients with spinal injuries
• Work with EMR system Meditech
• Flexibility and willingness to float between units required
• Must be a team player with compassion for patients
• Care for patients with varied medical issues both acute and chronic
• ACLS preferred; Chemo Certification preferred and allows scheduling on Oncology unit
