CVOR Technologist Job in Cape Girardeau, MO

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team as a CVOR Technologist. This is a day shift position offering 36 guaranteed hours per week across five 8-hour shifts.

In this role, you will work in the operating room scrubbing for surgical procedures with a focus on neuro specialty cases. You will pass sterile instruments, sutures, and other supplies to the surgeon while maintaining a thorough grasp of sterile technique to function safely in the sterile field. You must be able to scrub multiple service lines independently.

Requirements:

• Documented neuro surgery experience required
• Minimum 1+ years of surgical technologist experience; 2+ years preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Ability to maintain sterile field protocols
