Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday with variable hours based on procedural volume and department needs
• No call requirements
• Assist physicians and clinical staff in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for cardiac catheterization procedures
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection prevention standards
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the clinical team
• Document procedural information accurately and completely
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, and post-procedure care as needed
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related program required
• Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred, or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with cardiac catheterization experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Minimum of five years of recent cardiac catheterization laboratory experience preferred
