Certified Surgical Technologist in Mason City, IA

You will work as a Certified Surgical Technologist at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026.

Your Role

You will assist surgeons during operative procedures, maintaining the sterile field and preparing surgical instruments for each case. Your responsibilities include anticipating surgeon needs during procedures and ensuring proper setup and breakdown of surgical equipment. You will be an integral part of the operating room team, working to support safe and efficient surgical outcomes.

Schedule

You will work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, five days per week. On-call responsibility is required one weekend out of every six, with on-call hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation

You will receive weekly pay of $2,202.20 for this position.
