Opportunity:

RN - ED Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• On-call requirement of (2) 24-hour shifts every 8 weeks
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapting to population specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews
• Complete timely documentation and maintain respectful clinical environment
• Function in fast-paced emergency environment responding to emergencies in decisive, composed manner
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 180 days), PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 18 months)
• Georgia RN license or compact license required
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently
