Job Details:

• Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities
• Implement techniques to decrease aspirations in patients
• Design communication treatment plans to help individuals be better understood and to improve their ability to understand others
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services within the facility
• Ensure all services are provided in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies and procedures
• Provide appropriate care and services to residents
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required
• Texas state license required
