Oncology RN Job in Boston, MA

Join Dana Farber Cancer Institute - Longwood as a Registered Nurse in our Oncology clinic. You will provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients with genitourinary and gynecologic cancers in a 90-patient daily census environment with a 3:1 patient ratio.

Role Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and initiate IVs
• Deliver nursing care across a genitourinary and gynecologic oncology patient population
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response, and pharmacy
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed

Schedule & Duration

• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
• Monday through Friday clinic hours, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Typical shift options: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
• No weekend shifts, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
• 13-week contract starting October 5, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,410

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts nursing license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience
• Previous travel healthcare experience
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Epic EMR experience with prior Epic charting
• Strong IV insertion skills
• OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) preferred
• ACLS preferred
