Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour variable shifts Monday through Friday
• Every 3rd weekend requires Saturday and Sunday coverage with rounds from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with ability to leave once completed and go on-call for the remainder of the shift
• On-call responsibilities on weekends if finished early before 3:00 PM
• No holiday rotation required
• May be required to float to all Central locations if needed
• Responsible for supporting operations of the Sterile Processing Department
• Perform decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and storage of all patient care instrumentation, equipment, and supplies
• May work in sterile cores of the Operating rooms
• Minimum of 2 years sterile processing experience preferred
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Graduation from a Sterile Processing program preferred, or relevant work experience
• Required certifications: Certification in Sterile Processing, AHA or ARC BLS
