Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• 36 hours per week guaranteed with facility allowed to call off 3 times during 13-week assignment
• Work in 3-room department with daily census of 30 and 8 visits per day
• No on-call, floating, or weekend requirements
• Must have 2 years of pediatric cardiac sonography experience required
• Required certifications: ARDMS or CCI, BLS (RQI certifications not accepted)
• Scrub color: Maroon/Wine
• Charting system: Cerner
• Free parking provided
• Work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Perform outpatient procedures, crash cart response, scrub, and aseptic technique
• Skills include 2-D Echo, bubble studies, color Doppler, M-Mode, portable studies, and complex pediatric cardiac anomaly scanning
• Must be comfortable with procedures in ICU/ED settings and scanning post-surgical repairs
• No locals within 100-mile radius accepted
• New contracts must be minimum 10 weeks
• Must complete modules during orientation (billable up to 4 hours)
