RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work as a Registered Nurse in Progressive Care Unit Stepdown
• Provide intermediate care for patients transitioning between intensive care and general medical units
• Monitor patients with complex medical conditions requiring closer observation than general floor patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond to patient emergencies and implement appropriate interventions
• Current RN license required
• PCU or stepdown experience preferred
