PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Work day shift from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Physical therapy services position
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessment and treatment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Must maintain current physical therapy license and certifications
