CT Technologist Job in New Orleans, LA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. You will work Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, earning $2,840 weekly.

Your Role:

• Operate GE CT equipment in a 7-room department
• Float between the ED, main campus, outpatient facilities, and nearby clinics within walking distance
• Provide CT services for emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient populations
• Work with patients across all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience (ED, inpatient, and outpatient required)
• Travel healthcare experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• ARRT (CT) and BLS (AHA) certifications
• GE equipment experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Compact or Louisiana license in hand at time of application

Additional Requirements:

• Must live more than 65 miles from the facility; local travelers are not accepted
• Must work holidays that fall on scheduled workdays
• Must be prepared for hurricane season emergency team assignments from June 1 through November 30
• May be required to stay at the facility during storms or serve on relief teams
