Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Treat adult to geriatric patient population
• Perform 6 home health visits per day with average daily census of 80 patients
• Work in home health setting providing PT assessments, documentation, orthopedics, and neurology care
• Required to use HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) charting system
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off (RTO)
• No weekend requirements
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Holiday requirements: work 1-2 major holidays if they fall during assignment period
• Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• BLS certification required
• 40 hours of orientation with non-billable hours determined by contract length
• Full compliance required to start on time; delays result in 2-week pushback
• Clinical screening required to determine clinical fit
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
