Job Details:

• Provide speech therapy services in a home health setting
• Territory covers Alameda County
• One year of Speech Therapist experience required
• Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed speech therapy programs
• Document observations, clinical findings, problems, skilled interventions/treatments, goals and discharge plans
• Make initial admission/evaluation visits as needed
• Work to restore function and help clients reach maximum performance within their capabilities
• Perform duties consistent with skills and training for speech therapy position
