Telemetry RN Job in Fort Mill, SC

You will provide direct telemetry nursing care to assigned patients during night shifts at Fort Mill Hospital - Piedmont. This role is centered on clinical assessment, patient monitoring, and collaborative care delivery in a structured inpatient environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Provide continuous telemetry monitoring and nursing care to ensure patient safety and clinical stability
• Delegate appropriate care tasks and supervise assigned staff members
• Support unit-level operations and contribute to daily patient care management
• Maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate standards of nursing care
• Develop and maintain clinical competency in your assigned staff through active supervision and guidance
• Manage resources related to patient care efficiently and responsibly
• Work collaboratively with facility leadership to uphold nursing standards and best practices
