Opportunity:

RN - Oncology

Job Details:

• Work AM shifts Monday through Friday with no weekends or nights required
• 32 hours per week preferred or 36 hours per week available
• 16-week contract duration
• 2+ years of staff RN experience in Ambulatory Oncology required
• Must have inpatient chemotherapy administration experience and ambulatory nursing experience for non-oncology patients
• Must be comfortable mixing IV medications and performing dose calculations
• Will mix chemotherapeutic agents to be administered after counter checking with another RN
• May float to other areas within skillset based on operational needs
• May float to an area of equal or lesser acuity based on operational needs
• Requested time off during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday
• Required certifications: Current AHA BLS and Chemotherapy Certification
• Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• OCN strongly desired but not required
• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract
