Oncology RN Job in Kaunakaki, HI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology position at Molokai General Hospital in Kaunakaki, HI. This is a 16-week contract beginning August 17, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work Monday through Friday on day shifts with no weekends or nights. Choose between 32 hours per week (preferred) or 36 hours per week availability. Your weekly pay is $2,774.

Responsibilities

• Administer inpatient chemotherapy under established protocols
• Provide ambulatory nursing care to oncology and non-oncology patients
• Mix chemotherapeutic agents with counter-checking verification by another RN
• Perform IV medication mixing and dose calculations
• Float to other clinical areas within your skillset as operational needs require
• Float to areas of equal or lesser acuity as needed

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license
• Minimum 2 years of staff RN experience in Ambulatory Oncology
• Demonstrated inpatient chemotherapy administration experience
• Ambulatory nursing experience caring for non-oncology patients
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current Chemotherapy Certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN preferred
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) strongly desired but not required

Additional Information

All licenses and certifications must be valid at application submission and remain valid through the initial contract duration. Requested time off during the initial 16 weeks is limited to a maximum of 7 days, scheduled Wednesday through Wednesday.
