Med-Surg RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You are a registered nurse with strong medical-surgical skills, ready to join D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH for a 13-week travel assignment. This is a full-time role on a 21-bed Med-Surg Neuro unit, working 4x12 shifts on a rotating day/night schedule with on-call responsibilities.

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care for patients with medical conditions including neuromuscular disorders and meningitis
• Support patients in a Primary Stroke Center and Level IV Epilepsy Center setting
• Care for patients recovering from traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury
• Manage post-operative surgical patients, including those undergoing brain and spine tumor resections, spinal surgery, and head and neck cancer procedures
• Monitor patients on telemetry and manage complex wound care
• Maintain central lines, perform blood draws, and manage central line care
• Work with chest tubes, tracheostomies, and laryngectomies
• Administer drips including Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, and amiodarone
• Manage lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients

What you need:

• Current RN license
• Experience with chest tubes, central lines, and post-surgical line/tube/drain management
• Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and complex wound management
• Experience with tracheostomies and laryngectomies
• Demonstrated competency with the required drips and medications listed above

Assignment details:

• Duration: 89 days, starting July 6, 2026
• Schedule: 4x12 rotating day/night shifts (48 hours per week guaranteed)
• Weekly pay: $3,433.92
