SLP Job in Woodruff, WI

You'll work as a Speech Language Pathologist on a 13-week assignment at Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center and affiliated locations in northern Wisconsin. This position offers a predictable schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week across day shifts, no weekends or holidays required.

Your Schedule:

• Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff
• Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at Eagle River
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Howard Young (may extend to full day based on volume)

Work Environment:

You'll split your caseload between 25% inpatient and 75% outpatient cases. The role includes both traditional swallow studies and video swallow studies. You may float to other Aspirus locations including Rhinelander and Tomahawk as needed, with floating assignments prescheduled when possible. During low census periods, you may be placed on call with on-call pay.

Compensation:

You'll earn $2,736 per week. The contract includes 36 hours of low census unbillable hours. Assignment begins April 27, 2026.

Requirements:

• Current SLP license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Associate degree or certificate in speech-language pathology required
• Desired experience with inpatient and outpatient settings and video swallow studies
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred
• Compliance with flu and COVID vaccination policy, or willingness to wear a mask during flu season
