Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM Monday through Thursday
• No call or weekend requirements
• ARRT(MR) and BLS certifications required in hand
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must be nicotine free - smoke free facility with no exceptions
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 6-15 hours pre-start and annually
• Must have 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred
• No pending certifications accepted
• Two references from direct supervisor/manager, ANM, or director required
• All requested time off must be presented at time of submission only
• Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start date
