Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Rotating night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Rotating schedule of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week, alternating every 2 weeks
• No holiday request time off approved
• Work as the sole therapist on duty during the shift
• Provide respiratory therapy services primarily for emergency room patients with occasional observation patients
• Provide the same services as acute care facilities within the ER setting until patient transfer to a larger facility when required
• Manage patients requiring ventilator, BiPAP, and CPAP support prior to transfer
• EMR/System used: HMS/MedHost
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
