Physical Therapist Job in Lexington, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 90-day travel assignment at DPTI-Lexington West in Lexington, SC. This is an outpatient orthopedic role offering stable, predictable scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5x8 Days (36 hours guaranteed per week, with expectation to work up to 40 hours)
• Patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• No floating to other clinics required
• Overtime requires director approval before working additional hours

What We're Looking For:

• Outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers and new graduates welcome
• Current PT license and degree in Physical Therapy

Assignment Details:

• Start date: April 20, 2026
• Duration: 90 days
• Weekly pay: $1,911.14
• Facility code: 2010-1910
