Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 rotating shifts with varied, rotating days of the week
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Call requirements are mandatory
• 2 years of MRI experience required
• Required licenses: AART (Certification in MRI preferred, R.T., R.M.R.I.T.)
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• May be required to float to other departments based on competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
• Schedule varies based on department needs including weekends, holidays, and call shifts
• Produce diagnostic MRI scans and assist radiologists with procedures
• Provide patient care across all age groups from infant to geriatric
• Make technical decisions to ensure optimal MRI image quality
• Operate various MRI scanning equipment and hospital computer systems
• Handle after hours standby and callback responsibilities
• Work in extremely busy and fast-paced environment serving 500-mile radius
