Pediatrics RN Job in Greeley, CO

Banner North Colorado Medical Center seeks a full-time RN for our Pediatrics department. This is a float pool position based at our Greeley facility with potential to support other Banner locations as needed.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care to pediatric patients across medical and surgical units. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
• Formulating and implementing individualized care plans aligned with medical orders
• Coordinating and delegating health care team activities to deliver safe, effective care
• Evaluating patient and family response to care and adjusting plans as needed
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
• Participating in unit leadership initiatives and supporting orientation of new staff

Schedule & Compensation

Three 12-hour night shifts per week. Every-other-weekend and holiday rotation per unit needs. Assignment duration is 89 weeks. Weekly pay is $2,295.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required; specialty experience within the past 12 months
• BLS, PALS, and ECG proficiency certifications
• Ability to care for general medical, surgical, and pediatric patients
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

One additional clinical skill set such as post-partum, NICU, L&D, or admissions experience. Bachelor's degree in nursing. Professional RN certification.
