PCU Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This is a 54-week travel assignment beginning May 18, 2026.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with neuro stepdown focus
• Shift: 3x12 nights with 7:00 AM start time
• Weekend shifts required
• No block scheduling available
• Weekly pay: $1,838.02

Requirements:

• Current RN license with Nursys verification
• Minimum 2 years experience in PCU or neuro stepdown specialty
• Strong med/surg stepdown experience considered
• NIHSS certification (required in CV packet)
• ACLS certification required
• EPIC system experience required

What You'll Do:

You will care for neuro stepdown patients and may also work with med/surg patients in this progressive care setting. A manager interview is required for this position.
