Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Christian Hospital in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit. This is a night shift position offering 3x12-hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week, running for 91 days starting July 27, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,448.

Schedule & Requirements

• 3x12-hour night shifts
• Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday based on existing rotation)
• No on-call
• Block scheduling not available
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• First-time travelers accepted

Clinical Details

• Patient ratios: 1:5–6 (day 5:1, night 6:1)
• Unit operates as a telemetry floor with PCU-level care
• Willingness to float within scope to telemetry as needed
• Patient population: adults requiring telemetry monitoring, stroke care, and cardiac medication management

Required Certifications & Skills

• ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• Nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management
• Peripheral line care and management
• Telemetry monitoring
