Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Mixture of 12-hour (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 8-hour (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) shifts
• Every other weekend required
• 0.9 FTE position
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• RRT certification required (CRT not accepted)
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Care for patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Skills include adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation weaning, intubation assist, arterial blood gas drawing and interpretation, bronchoscopy, tracheostomy care and management, chest physiotherapy, and emergency department experience
• Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services and rapid response teams
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
