Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Seattle, WA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4 ten-hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Approximately 1 weeknight on-call shift per week
• Approximately 1–2 weekend on-call shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM)
• 30-minute on-call response time required
• Weekly pay: $3,020

Role Responsibilities

• Circulate and monitor cases in 2 Cardiac Cath Lab suites, averaging 8–10 cases per day
• Monitor procedural sedation (sedation testing completed prior to your arrival)
• Work with common cases including STEMI, Structural Heart procedures (MitraClip, TAVR, Watchman), PFO, ASD, PCI, IABP insertion, Impella-assisted PCI or implantation, and ECMO cannulation
• Scrubbing is preferred but not required; scrub duties are primarily performed by Cath Lab Techs
• No floating outside the Cath Lab unless otherwise arranged in your contract

Requirements

• Current Washington State license or Compact license
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience in circulating and monitoring roles
• Experience with Structural Heart cases required
• Travel experience highly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Valid driver's license required
• MacLab experience preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR

Shifts are assigned Monday through Friday, and you must be flexible with the on-call schedule. This role does not include floating to other units.
