Cath Lab Technologist Job in Port St Lucie, FL

Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Port St Lucie, Florida. This role offers 4x10 days at $2,556 weekly, with a start date of July 6, 2026.

Role Overview

You will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, manage equipment setup, maintain sterile fields, and handle room circulation. Your responsibilities include assisting with cardiac implant closure devices, stent placement, and IABP procedures.

Schedule & Logistics

• 4x10 day shifts (or 36 guaranteed hours for 12-hour shifts, 40 hours for 8/10-hour shifts)
• Weekend requirements flexible and negotiable with manager
• Call required on a case-by-case basis with no set schedule
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and sister facilities within 20 miles
• Scrub color: Ceil blue
• Charting system: EPIC

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• 18 months of specialty experience required; 2 years preferred
• Experience in at least two of four modalities: Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro
• Current AHA ACLS and BLS certification
• Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred
• RCIS also preferred
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine screen required; must be nicotine free
• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation (maximum 2 attempts each)
• Complete 6–15 hours of non-billable modules pre-start and annually
• All RTO must be submitted upfront at time of application
