X-Ray Technician Job in Glens Falls, NY

You'll work as an X-Ray Technician at Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Falls, NY, on a temporary contract. This position is based in the operating room and runs for 91 days, beginning June 25, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, days only
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,448
• 8-hour non-billable orientation provided
• Overtime and holiday pay at 1.25x multiplier

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year current X-ray experience
• Operating room experience required
• IV Power Injector certification
• BLS and ARRT (R) certifications
• Current New York State radiologic technologist license
• Cerner EMR experience
• Travel experience highly preferred

Onboarding & Clearance

• Must complete training through Welle, CPI, or PMCS
• Pass 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance

Time Off Policy

• Maximum 5 days of requested time off will be approved during your contract

Eligibility Note

Applicants currently residing in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties in New York will not be considered for this position.
