NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Day shift position with weekend rotation, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract duration
• Guaranteed hours of 72 bi-weekly or 96 bi-weekly available
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required to assist in other areas, but will not take an assignment in other units
• Block scheduling available
• Maximum RTO of 1 week
• Care for a variety of patients ranging from stable feeder growers through critical Level 3 patients
• Patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:3
• 40-bed unit
• 2 orientation shifts of 12 hours each
• Minimum 2 years of NICU Level 3 experience required
• Indiana RN licensure required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE
• EMR system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Navy blue
