Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Telemetry at Cone Health – The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. This is a night shift role working 3x12 hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every third weekend required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation care for patients post-stroke, aneurysm, and post-op surgical cases
• Care for patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, and neurological diagnoses
• Monitor vital signs, perform dressing changes, and handle phlebotomy
• Reconcile medications and manage patient care at a consistent 1:6 ratio
• Handle telephone triage and manage pharmacy calls and patient refill requests
• Float between Cone Health campuses as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (no first-time travelers)
• Acute care rehab experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Must pass mandatory EKG exam (pass/fail, 2 attempts allowed)
• 50-mile local radius restriction applies—travel candidates only

• 24-hour orientation period
• Non-billable modules averaging 2–4 hours during orientation
• Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Holidays as needed

Compensation: $2,021.76 weekly. Assignment begins June 22, 2026.
