Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - OT Rehab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services including evaluations and treatments<br>• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)<br>• Work across multiple service areas within the hospital district<br>• Provide acute inpatient therapy services at Critical Access Hospital<br>• Deliver swing bed therapy services<br>• Conduct outpatient occupational therapy at in-house therapy building<br>• Provide home health therapy services<br>• Deliver Long Term Care Center (LTCC) therapy services<br>• Position classified as normal urgency</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates as a comprehensive hospital district providing multiple levels of care to the community.
