Mammography Technologist Job in Reno, Nevada

You will work as a Mammography Technologist at Renown South Meadows Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3x12 shifts, days
• Monday through Friday, 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating shift times between 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, and 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• No call requirements
• Schedule may vary based on department needs and can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
• Required to work 2 or 3 major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the assignment period
• Weekly pay: $2,628

Core Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic mammograms and assist radiologists and referring physicians with mammographic procedures
• Operate mammography equipment to highest image quality standards
• Provide patient care for adult and geriatric patients
• Proficiency with mammography equipment and hospital/department computer systems required
• May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level

Requirements

• 2 years of Mammography Technologist experience
• Allied Health Professional degree
• ARRT certification
• Nevada State License
• BLS certification
