CT Technologist Job in Wausau, Wisconsin

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026. You will perform computed tomography imaging procedures using advanced diagnostic equipment to support patient care across the facility.

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate GE and Siemens CT scanners to acquire diagnostic images
• Position patients and explain procedures to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff
• Float to additional facility locations as needed
• Respond to on-call placement during low census periods

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour shifts with varied start times between 6:15 AM and 12:30 PM
• May include 4x10-hour shift rotations
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Every 4th weekend rotation required; possible holiday coverage

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience
• ARRT CT certification
• Wisconsin State CT License
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• GE and Siemens scanner experience
• Associate degree or certificate in radiologic technology
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Weekly pay: $3,351.20
• Assignment length: 91 days
