Telemetry RN Job in Mason City, IA

MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is seeking an RN for a 91-day travel assignment in our medical surgical telemetry unit. You will provide direct patient care in a monitored setting, working closely with an experienced healthcare team to deliver comprehensive nursing services.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs for medical surgical patients using telemetry equipment
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with various medical conditions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Track and document patient cardiac status and clinical changes
• Support patient education and discharge planning as needed

Schedule and Assignment Details:

• 3x12-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday with every third weekend required)
• Every other holiday schedule required
• Start date: June 28, 2026
• 91-day duration
• Weekly pay: $2,007.72
