Registered Nurse - ER @ Sutter Health Delta Medical Center

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 3 12-hour shifts per week with alternating weekends
• Department will make every attempt to keep shifts at the same start time each week
• 4:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 33-bed emergency department with daily census of 16 patients
• 24 hours of orientation required
• One pre-approved time off request permitted
• Only one holiday will be approved for time off
• 2+ years of emergency department experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS (all must be AHA certified)
• California RN license required at time of submission
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Modules completed during orientation through e-learning (1-5 hours average)
• 50 miles travel requirement applies
