<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises<br>• Treat patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues<br>• Typical patient ratio: 8 patients per day Monday-Thursday, 6 patients on Friday<br>• Must be flexible and able to work inpatient PT as needed<br>• No weekend coverage required, holiday coverage if required<br>• No on-call responsibilities<br>• Non-billable orientation: 0 hours<br>• Overtime paid at flat hourly rate with no multiplier<br>• Holiday and call-back multipliers: 1.25%<br>• Outpatient PT clinics closed for major holidays<br>• Must treat patients with orthopaedic and sports injuries, gait training, balance training, fractures, sprains and dislocations, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neck and back pain, neurological disorders, bone and joint diseases, hand injuries, workplace injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and pulmonary rehabilitation<br>• Doctorate degree required<br>• 2 years current PT experience required (new graduates not considered)<br>• Graduate from accredited school of Physical Therapy required<br>• Previous rehab experience required<br>• Previous travel experience strongly preferred<br>• CPSI EMR experience highly preferred<br>• Previous experience working with PTAs preferred<br>• Must have own vehicle as this is a small community without public transport<br>• BLS (AHA) certification required<br>• Vermont Physical Therapy license required<br>• Updated CAQH must be provided after start<br>• NPI must be provided after start<br>• Skills checklist current to 1 year required<br>• One supervisory signed reference from past two years required<br>• Maximum 5 days requested time off will be accepted<br>• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission<br>• Traveler must not reside within 50 miles of facility</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive physical therapy services with a focus on direct patient involvement, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs.
