Operating Room RN Job in Winchester, VA

Winchester Medical Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join their surgical team on a 4x10 day schedule. You'll work 10-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with 36 guaranteed hours per week, no weekend or on-call requirements, and no float duties.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Work with patients across all age groups
• Support vascular and thoracic surgical procedures
• Function as an Operating Room Circulator in an ambulatory surgical center setting
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

• RN license (Virginia State License or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience with vascular and thoracic procedures
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

Preferred Qualifications

• Operating Room Circulator experience
• Ambulatory surgical setting experience
