CHS Travel:Registered Nurse (RN) / ICU - Days

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ICU</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM<br>• 13-week assignment duration starting ASAP<br>• No call responsibilities required<br>• Floating to Emergency Room and Medical Surgical departments required<br>• 2+ years ICU experience required<br>• Emergency Room and Medical Surgical experience required<br>• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS<br>• TNCC certification preferred<br>• Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene preferred<br>• Patient ratio of 1:2-3 in ICU setting<br>• Provide total patient care including ventilator management, titratable drips, and hygiene care<br>• When floating to ER, assist with call lights, medication administration, patient transport, IV starts, and blood draws<br>• When floating to Medical Surgical, take full assignment of up to 6 patients or act as aide for up to 12 patients<br>• Float rotation system maintained with log book in ICU<br>• Holiday work required<br>• Any scrub color acceptable<br>• EMR system: MedHost<br>• Blocked scheduling may be accommodated if included in submission<br>• Auto offers only - no interviews required<br>• Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center features a 12-bed intensive care unit providing comprehensive critical care services to the community.
