Pediatrics RN Job in Tulsa, OK

Join Yale Campus - Trauma Tower as a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric Emergency Center. This travel position offers you the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a dynamic emergency setting while working with a pediatric population.

Role Overview

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient functional status, completing individualized assessments, and developing plans of care within established guidelines. You will organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for pediatric patients while considering cultural and psychosocial factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Document nursing process and care accurately and concisely using correct medical terminology
• Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning with appropriate referrals
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines and professionals
• Exercise independent judgment in planning and decision-making in a complex clinical environment

Requirements

• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• BLS (AHA) and PALS certifications required
• 0–6 months of related experience required
• Epic experience required
• Working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to examine clinical and numerical data
• Pediatrics experience preferred

Position Details

This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week at $2,404 weekly pay.
