SLP Job in Friendship, WI

Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 12-week contract position. You will work 5x8 day shifts across two locations in Wisconsin, providing speech language pathology services in both inpatient and outpatient critical access hospital settings.

Position Details

• 8-hour day shifts with variable scheduling
• 32 guaranteed hours per week (GSA), excluding orientation and holidays when the unit is closed
• 2 days per week in Hillsboro, WI and 2 days per week in Friendship, WI
• 12-week contract starting October 12, 2026
• No on-call or callback requirements
• No weekend or holiday requirements

Your Role

You will treat patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will use EPIC for charting and provide comprehensive speech language pathology services within a critical access hospital environment.

Requirements

• Wisconsin State SLP License
• AHA BLS Certification
• Associate Degree or Certificate in SLP
• Minimum 2+ years of speech language pathology experience preferred
• Critical access hospital experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,801.
