CT Technologist Job in Nashua, NH

St Joseph Hospital - Nashua is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment on nights. You will work 3x12-hour shifts and earn $3,233 weekly.

Your Role:

• Perform CT procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and CT Supervisor according to department protocol
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling routine and interventional cases, CT Angiography, and advanced 3D reconstruction
• Apply ionizing radiation using the ALARA principle for diagnostic purposes
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast to patients
• Acquire scans per radiologist and department specifications
• Inform patients of exams and provide instructions to ensure cooperation
• Assist radiologist during interventional procedures
• Coordinate daily workload by scheduling inpatients and prioritizing emergency department patients
• Review IV Contrast Questionnaire with patients receiving IV contrast
• Complete documentation in Epic EMR and review exams in PACS for completeness before submitting to radiologist
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean, organized work area
• Support 24/7 department coverage including on-call, holidays, and weekends as needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow dress code policy

Requirements:

• Current ARRT certification; ARRT CT Registry eligible preferred
• NH Imaging License required
• BLS Certification required
• CT Scan experience required
• Knowledge of CT scan software (GE and Siemens preferred)
• Knowledge of PACS software (McKesson Change Healthcare preferred)
• Knowledge of Epic EMR preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
