ICU Surgical Trauma RN Job in Honolulu, HI

Queen's Medical Center - Manamana in Honolulu, HI is hiring a registered nurse for its ICU Surgical Trauma unit. This is a 16-week travel nursing contract with a rotating shift schedule and 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week. Your weekly pay is $2,482.

Position Requirements

• Current RN license valid through the duration of the initial contract
• Minimum two or more years of full-time staff RN experience in a Surgical/Trauma ICU at a Level I Trauma Center
• Experience at a comparable size and type medical center (500+ beds, Level I Trauma Center) is highly preferred
• Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required at time of application and throughout the contract period

Schedule and Time Off

You will work a rotating shift schedule with either 36 or 48 hours guaranteed each week. Requested time off during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days on a Wednesday through Wednesday basis.

Flexibility

Based on operational needs, you may be floated to other clinical areas within your skill set. This role is ideal for experienced trauma ICU nurses ready to bring their expertise to a Level I Trauma Center in Hawaii.

Contract start date is August 31, 2026. All licenses and certifications must remain valid from the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract.
